Day two of the RMSP experience, wrapping up with critique of a selected image by each of us. I have learned so much about camera, lens, color, light, composition. I will be taking their second workshop weekend in Eugene this coming weekend. Stay tuned

Photo weekend starts tomorrow, but getting to Seattle, should I say leaving Portland, was challenging to say the least. I5 was snarled-205 wasn't but I don't have all the ways over memorized. So I used Waze. Danged if I could figure out why it wouldn't take freeways and always seemed to take the long way to anywhere. Finally, I started looking at settings (during red lights only) and I had the bloody thing set to NO FREEWAYS. Ergh! When traveling around town I prefer that, but I was a bit freaked out that it would send me some whacked out round about to the Hotel in SeaTac.

When I started out I set it to go and it wanted me to go up the coast, then tried 99w. Finally turned it off-but the app also shows traffic, hazards and police.

Finally got here, about 4.5 hours later. Most of the excess hours were spent exciting Portland. Tired, but excited for the weekend.
