Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, email us for returns; please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your return is being processed. For a full refund your purchase must be in original condition.
